Yes, your natal birth chart and astrology can guide you toward the best suited career or business for you. The trick is to know what you're looking for and start tuning into the energetics of those positions. A lot of people know their star sign - we hear it all the time "I'm a Gemini that's why I do this", "It's because I'm a Scorpio" etc. But the truth is that your sun sign (the sign most of us know and recite to others) is actually just one of the cogs in the wheel of who you are. When it comes to career there are several other and more important aspects to care about and incorporate into your real life. So if you're ready to pivot toward the right career and higher purpose, for your life, lets dive right in!
Warm welcomes
Welcome to the work of Chief Vision Holder where we move beyond simply knowing our 'star sign' and start working with the energetics of our most prominent signs and energies according to our birth chart. I keep it simple (when it comes to the astrology) focusing instead on the outcome of building that successful, fulfilling career, building your life's work and guiding you to find your authentic higher purpose. This is vision holding.
The work of CVH is this: embodying and attuning to your true internal energetics according to your birth chart signs and angles (sun, moon, rising, midheaven, mars, mercury, saturn, 10th house, 2nd house... etc etc the list goes on). The first step is knowing what signs or angles matter most, why & how to find them, what they impact and second, knowing what to do with this knowledge in practice (this is the attunment, alignment and embodiment work). Everyone knows a little about their astrology, but the key is to work with that knowledge and actually apply it in life - we teach that.
Astrology for career
Astrology for career is about knowing that your birth chart reveals the best natural direction for you, your energetic make up and the external energies that you align best with. It only comes down to knowing 6 main zodiac placements within your birth chart and then working with them like a big fruit salad. I go in depth into this method on our podcast @chiefvisionholder dedicating an episode to each pillar, so check that out when you are ready. For now, lets turn to those 6 pillars for an overview:
Your midheaven sign: This sign will indicate the industry or arena where your energies are best aligned.
Your 10th house sign: Will indicate what you best contribute to that industry or community.
Your 6th house sign: Will indicate how you best serve others, your business, your community, your company. It depicts service style i.e hands on practical working with things not ideas or people (taurus or virgo)
Your 2nd house sign: This is your personal value add to this world. It depicts what you possess (traits, skills, possessions, inherited gifts, wounds, money, education, family, history, belongings) and how you transmute your possessions into something valuable to offer this world. By offering something uniquely of value to this world, you receive. The sign ruling your second shows how you will engage with this process.
Your Mars sign and house: This will indicate your work ethic as it depicts your engine, of sorts. Not everyone has the same work ethic and instead of forcing yourself to fit typical "work ethic" moulds, come to know how you work best and sustain your energy by knowing your Mars sign (=how you naturally apply force toward goals) and the house where it sits in your natal birth chart (=where the energy may tend to be directed).
Your Saturn sign and house: This indicates the legacy you have to forge and ultimately the mark you will leave on this world. It is broad scale work but is constantly at play in your life. This placement will indicate areas in your life where you may need to pull your socks up, so to speak, so you can align with your purpose.
Now, this is already a lengthy blog so I want to leave you with this for now and guide you to become familiar with your birth chart. These placements are powerful but the first step is actually knowing them!
Each of these placements will be spoken about on the upcoming podcast @chief vision holder where I will dissect and uncover the depth of these placements. I encourage you to follow the podcast so you don't miss an episode.
With Love.
